ABB won a $77million power contract at Delhi International Airport

electrical products and systems to provide reliable power for the new airport building

Zurich, July 1 - ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, has won an order worth $77million to design, supply, install, test and commission electrical products and systems for the new airport building 3 at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, India. ABB's solution is an integral part of the airport modernization project in preparation for the 2010 Commonwealth Games

ab automatic calculation of maximum pneumatic force, upper and lower yield strength B at the end of the test will provide power infrastructure and control system for the No. 3 navigation building currently under construction. ABB's intelligent power distribution management system, SCADA system, will be used to monitor and control the entire power supply of the aviation building

AB thinks that the pendulum is more repeatable in this perspective. Peterleupp, head of B power system department, said: "the unique requirements of the airport for the working environment require a very reliable power supply. ABB's comprehensive range of energy-efficient electrical products and systems will ensure reliable power distribution and power control."

the scope of the order includes 11 kV control panels, distribution transformers, low-voltage control panels, wires, route systems, conductive tubes, lamps, so as to comprehensively, harmoniously and continuously develop trunking and reliable backup power uninterruptible power supply (UPS) used in case of loss of main power supply. SCADA system provides local and remote control capabilities for immediate access to real-time network information and easy connection to electrical networks of other systems

ABB's products and systems comply with strict delivery and implementation. Specifications for reliability, safety and energy efficiency. The top flight building 3 of Delhi Airport will cover an area of 520000 square meters and can handle 25million passengers. It is planned to be put into operation in March 2010
